You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access these educational materials for personal professional development.
Redistribution, reverse-engineering of proprietary charting templates, or unauthorized broadcasting of our market methodology sessions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

To engage with our career services or mastery programs, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that your use of our training does not violate any local laws in Australia or your specific jurisdiction.

User Integrity
All technical curriculum, custom indicators, proprietary TradingView layouts, and career development modules are the exclusive property of Bestzunaro Digital. Users are permitted to use these tools solely within the context of their active subscription or enrollment.
By submitting any content (feedback, community posts, or localized analysis) to our platform, you grant Bestzunaro Digital a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt that content for the improvement of our educational products.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who engages in behavior that compromises the security of the platform or the learning experience of other participants. Termination for breach of conduct does not entitle the user to a refund of service fees.
Payment & Subscriptions
Access to premium TradingView mastery tracks and 1-on-1 career consultancy requires valid payment. All fees are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions are billed on the interval selected at checkout and will auto-renew until cancelled via your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Bestzunaro Digital platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brisbane, QLD.
